Pencil M&F has a rich legacy of running major health and social awareness raising campaigns, from the Body Shop’s environmental drive in the 1980s, to No Smoking Day, which helps around 40,000 people quit smoking every year.

We’re very proud of that.

We work for Government departments and agencies, primary care trusts, local authorities, charities, and professional bodies.

We’re experts in running big news stories and putting our clients’ issues on the front page. We also use a wide variety of other communications routes - especially working with partners and stakeholders. Journalists listen to us, because our campaigns are credible, intelligent and creative.

We use communications activity as a lever for change, and focus on the real outcomes - such as changing people’s behaviour.
