Impactful Staff

Since joining M&F’s Healthcare practice in September 2011, Jo has become a highly respected member of the team. She is a winner of an Impact Award this month for the invaluable support she has given both to her Healthcare colleagues and to colleagues in other M&F practices.

In the first week of January alone she simultaneously supported two new business pitches at the same time as picking up a new project for an existing client and supporting the M&F Campaigns team on a short notice media sell-in – all whilst seamlessly delivering work on all her usual accounts.

Throughout it all, Jo never missed a beat, demonstrating calmness under pressure, combined with good humour and a commitment to being a real team player.

Daniel’s been with the Support team for six months and has made a huge impact on how the team operates and its overall results which has earned him one of this month’s Impact Awards.

Daniel has proactively stepped up and taken on more responsibilities including daily cash flow, management accounts and full ownership of purchase and sales ledgers. With a positive attitude, he is always on hand to help and is a true team player. 

Daniel has also proven himself to have great problem solving skills and is always everyone’s first point of call when faced with an accounting dilemma.
